It is a movement method that engages the entire body. It releases energy, stimulates the nervous system, and increases freedom of movement. Based on rhythmic and flowing movement sequences, the method helps to harmonize flexibility and functional strength.
It is a holistic approach that coordinates breath, movement, and awareness.
Gyrokinesis® is tailored to the needs and abilities of each individual participant—from those recovering from injuries or living with disabilities to high-performance athletes.
This workshop is intended both as an introduction to the method and for those who wish to deepen their practice.
Bar Gonen is a certified Gyrokinesis® trainer and professional contemporary dancer. Her teaching blends deep expertise with a passion for movement and personal growth.
